    **On-site 4 days a week in Stamford, CT office - 1 day remote

     

    Year-long Contract (may extend)

     

    Program Manager for the expansion of their Mobile Virtual Network (MVNO) onto a new Cellular/Mobile network

     

    _We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    _Rate: $75 - $85 / hr. w2_

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead the integration of operational systems with new carrier

    + Collaborate with business partners, starting with initial integration efforts.

    + Oversee customer operations, including support tools, credit and fraud management, billing systems, etc.

    + Ensure seamless integration of customer-facing tools and systems.

    Experience Requirements:

    + Strong Program Management skills, MVNO experience, as well as proficiency with Customer Operations

    + Strong background in customer operations and experience with operational tools

    + Foundational understanding of onboarding a new carrier, specifically in a non-technical capacity

    + Specialized experience in the telecommunications/mobile space, particularly with MVNOs

    + Ability to bring together various operational aspects to ensure a smooth transition

    + Effective communication and collaboration skills

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
