_This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week(10-12 days a month ) at the following office location: St. Petersburg, FL._

Responsibilities:

+ Working with business partners, define a business use case utilizing machine learning or advanced analytics

+ Collect, clean, and analyze data from various heterogeneous data sources

+ Develop machine learning models for prediction or classification in support of a business use case

+ Implement advanced AI solutions, e.g., deep learning

+ Deploy models to production systems using Docker containers

+ Write Python modules to automate Data Science tasks

+ Review Python code of junior colleagues

Skills:

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

+ Strong knowledge of Machine Learning techniques, including NLP

+ Knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing

+ Strong Python skills

+ Proficient in SQL

+ Comfortable with Unix scripting

+ Experience building models that actually delivered value to a business

+ Experience deploying systems to a production environment

+ Experience working in an Agile environment

+ Working knowledge of “big data” technology like Spark is preferred

+ Deliver products on schedule

+ Make the needs of internal and external clients a primary focus of actions

+ Proactively suggest productive analyses to business units

+ Remain current with developments and trends in Data Science
