**Your pay:** $28+ per hour, depending on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Continued growth depends on you. Annual pay review.

Your main Tasks:

+ Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.

+ Install & repair refrigeration equipment. May include maintenance, add refrigerant, replacing parts, install / build new units.

+ Read blueprints to install and troubleshoot systems.

+ Keep records of repairs, work hours, causes of system issues.

+ Remain customer service focused.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Experience or Certification needed:

+ 3+ years of Refrigeration experience.

+ 2+ years in a Service Technician role preferred.

+ EPA universal certification preferred.

+ OSHA 10 preferred.

You need to be able to:

+ Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.

+ Be punctual and reliable.

+ Proficient in electrical & mechanical diagnostics.

+ Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.

+ On call availability.

+ Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.

+ Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.

+ Work efficiently in confined spaces.

+ Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
