    Whirlpool is seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals with a strong background in hydraulic, mechanical, and automatic stamping presses, coil feed systems, automated grinders, and automated weld equipment.

    Your responsibilities will include

    + Equipment Setup: Calibrating presses, adjusting die settings, and programming welders.

    + Material Handling: Loading and unloading materials.

    + Welding Operations: Operating various welding equipment to meet specified standards.

    + Operate and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

    + Quality Control: Inspecting materials, welds, and finished products for accuracy.

    + Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and ensuring a safe work environment.

    + Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving equipment or process issues.

    + Communication: Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflo **w.**

    + Read and understand complex part prints.

     

    Additional tasks may include performing calculations, managing inventory, assisting with projects, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

    Minimum requirements

    + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equipment setup or maintenance in high pace manufacturing environment

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Basic computer skills.
