    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead and coordinate daily activities of production crews to ensure safe and efficient operations.

    + Monitor equipment and production processes to maintain quality and productivity standards.

    + Support training and development of team members to promote operational excellence.

    + Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and improve workflow.

    + Assist with inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant and mobile equipment.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
