• Billing Specialist

    Weatherford (Odessa, TX)


    We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude while handling all incoming calls, receiving clients, visitors, and vendors. The successful candidate will also assist with general office administrative functions, ensuring compliance with Weatherford's policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

    Requirements

    + 3 - 4 years of general clerical and administrative experience

    + Proficient typing skills and general computer knowledge

    + Professional attitude with strong customer service focus

    + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    + Ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel

    + Strong organization and time-management skills

    + Proficient in word processing and typing

    Education

    A University Degree/Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of related experience is required. A Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience is preferred.

    Certifications

    + Prior receptionist and/or customer service experience is preferred

    + Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
