    As the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading our New York State Respiratory Therapy team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by:

     

    + Overseeing and optimizing daily operations for our clinical respiratory team across New York.

    + Building and maintaining high-performing teams that consistently deliver excellent patient care.

    + Driving performance metrics, ensuring compliance, and fostering a patient-centered service culture.

    + Collaborating across departments to support coordinated patient care and organizational growth.

    Your Impact:

    + Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training for our clinical teams.

    + Coach and develop team members through onboarding, regular feedback, and ongoing education.

    + Monitor and improve operational metrics, compliance, and service delivery.

    + Respond directly to patient needs and feedback.

    + Travel is required across our New York clinical branches, including Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, and Mid-Hudson.

    + The Sr. Manager will be responsible for scheduling and conducting site visits quarterly, or more frequently based on need, to provide support, oversight, and ensure alignment with clinical standards.

    Ideal Experience:

    + 3+ years in healthcare operations or leadership.

    + Bachelor’s degree required.

    + RT/RN license is a plus but not required.

    + Proven skill in accountability, process improvement, and team leadership.

    + Comfortable with EMRs, ERP, and compliance tracking.

    + Ready for a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Compensation:

    + $70,000 - $90,000 dependent on experience
