    Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst – Puerto Rico

     

    We are seeking a **Financial Analyst** to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization with operations across Puerto Rico. This role is key in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis to improve overall business performance and guide strategic decision-making.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide analytical support, including P&L projections, budgeting, ratio and cost analysis.

    + Prepare and review financial and management reports.

    + Support annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans.

    + Evaluate investment projects (NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis).

    + Analyze operational and financial results, identifying improvement opportunities.

    + Collaborate with management, accounting, and cross-functional teams.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s preferred).

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or banking.

    + Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial modeling.

    + Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards/Oracle highly desirable).

    + Fully bilingual in English & Spanish.

    + Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
