    Assembly/Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

    • _Solon, OH_ | 🕒 _Sun-Thurs, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM_ | 💲 _$17–$19/hr (based on experience)_

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Manufacturing Assembler** to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling components and products according to precise specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step.     What You’ll Do

    + Assists the lead operators on production line equipment efficiently while maintaining Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality, and Production standards.

    + Promotes and follows all EHS and Quality guidelines and procedures.

    + Performs minor set-ups, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines.

    + Ability to accurately account for production quantity, process scrap, production time, and traceability practices by filling out a daily production log.

    + Recommends safety improvements as needed

    + Ensures all housekeeping and equipment standards are met.

    + Assists in training temporary workers to pick/place/pack/palletize.

    + Able to conduct basic operation of cardboard baler, plastic baler, compactor, carton erector, pallet jack, and taper/tape gun.

    + Provides support and assistance to other line teams as needed.

    What You Bring

    + High School Diploma/GED preferred.

    + No previous experience is necessary, on-the-job training will be provided.

    + Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English.

    + Must be able to perform simple math calculations.

    + Must be computer literate.

    Compensation Information:

    • _$17–$19/hr (based on experience) Plus $1/hr shift differential for 3rd Shift_
