    Rite-Solutions, Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced HM&E Lead SIT Engineer. You will lead technical, programmatic, and organizational boundaries to manage execution of design development, ship integration, and operational infrastructure tasking within the technical area. This position is full-time located on-site at Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Technical Lead to ensure efforts within their technical area are aligned to SSN(X) (PMS 351) plans and objectives, and ensure resources are used efficiently.

    + Proactively manage all relevant design development, ship integration, and operational infrastructure efforts within their area, including relevant sustainment, cost, risk, and schedule issues and concerns. This includes efforts across interfaces, including organizational boundaries.

    + Responsible for supporting and coordinating SSN(X) systems engineering efforts to include design, sustainment, technology development and process integration.

    + Responsible and accountable to the Ship Design Manager (SDM) via the appropriate Project Officer and the Deputy SDM.

    + Technology development efforts: responsible to support the R&D Manager via the appropriate R&D Assistant Project Manager (APM) and to ensure that interdependencies between design and technology development activities are given appropriate attention.

    Position Requirements

    + U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD secret security clearance

    + Related experience 5-10 years'

    + Mechanical Engineering degree, or related years of experience
