What You'll Be Doing

+ Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and material handling

+ Assist with equipment maintenance and cleanup to ensure operational efficiency

+ Support plant operations by monitoring and reporting equipment performance

+ Operate small machinery and tools safely and effectively

+ Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

+ Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced industrial setting

+ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

+ Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours

+ Capability to learn and operate various tools and equipment

+ Dependable and self-motivated with attention to detail

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

+ Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company policies

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
