Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of household and personal care products, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Floor Worker to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Production Floor Worker, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** 3rd Shift Production Floor Worker

**Location:** Victorville, CA

**Pay Range:** $21.00

**Shift:** 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

+ Promote a safety culture and awareness while following all safety policies and procedures.

+ Support good housekeeping practices by cleaning workstations and organizing materials.

+ Assist in reworking products, including dumping reclaim from defective containers and replacing missing caps.

+ Ensure consistent flow of materials and supplies to the production line.

+ Communicate issues with materials or equipment promptly to line operators.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred.

+ Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, including weekends as needed.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Willingness to perform janitorial duties as required.
