    Senior International Tax Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepare and review U.S. federal and state income tax returns, including international reporting forms (e.g., 5471, 8858)

    + Assist with preparation of U.S. international tax provisions under ASC 740

    + Support global tax planning initiatives and cross-border structuring projects

    + Monitor and analyze international tax developments and treaty changes

    + Collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders on foreign tax matters

    + Assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transaction reviews

    + Participate in global audits and provide support for international tax inquiries

    + Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely filings across jurisdictions

    What You Bring

    + 4+ years of tax experience, ideally with exposure to international tax

    + Strong understanding of U.S. international tax concepts (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, FTCs)

    + Experience with S-corporation and partnership structures

    + Familiarity with SAP, Corptax, and tax research tools

    + Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MST a plus)
