Our client, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a Focused Improvement Lead to join their team. As a Focused Improvement Lead, you will be part of the Continuous Improvement department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Focused Improvement Lead

What's the Job?

+ Partner with site leadership to develop future state vision and strategy, maintaining the site FI / RPS roadmap.

+ Coach and mentor site leadership and staff to advance knowledge and application of FI & RPS methodologies.

+ Oversee the execution of FI & RPS projects utilizing tools such as OEE, TPM, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping.

+ Collaborate with finance to set optimization targets and communicate them effectively to area owners.

+ Lead project teams to investigate cost reduction and material usage improvements, ensuring project deliverables are met.

What's Needed?

+ Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

+ Multi-functional supply chain experience.

+ Project management experience in a multi-functional or multi-national environment.

+ Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.

+ Demonstrated capability to coach and lead others in continuous improvement methodologies.
