We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will use evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness.

Salary posted for fully Licensed applicants

Limited Permit salary $58,617.00

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

+ Provide psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based approaches.

+ Provide Trauma informed, culturally responsive and person-centered services.

+ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with billing, legal and ethical standards.

+ Collaborate with Clinical Director, NPP, RN, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.

+ Facilitate group therapy sessions.

+ Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

+ Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary

+ Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.

+ Provide on-call coverage.

+ Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging

+ Maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC strongly preferred).

Licensed or license-eligible. Minimum of [2-4] years of clinical experience preferred.

Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).

Familiarity with OMH programing and Medicaid billing preferred.
