    We’re looking for a Junior Consultant to design, implement, and optimize communication and influence strategies that drive client results. This is achieved through the effective management of relationships with key media and influencers, the creation of strategic materials, the planning and execution of events, the analysis of results with a proactive approach, and a deep knowledge of the market, all while ensuring agile, high-quality service to meet each client's needs.

     

    This Junior will provide support to both Latin America and US based companies. It is essential that they have experience and/or knowledge in social media, copywriting, article writing, and online monitoring.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Assist in the production of text, research, and mapping for clients and prospects.

    + Contribute to the development of creative pieces and content for social media.

    + Develop and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals. This includes creating posts, stories, and other media, as well as scheduling content and monitoring performance.

    + Support the team in digital metrics, brand and social media monitoring, and the creation of reports.

    + Assist with news analysis, copywriting, and press release writing.

    + Help with data collection and processing to support strategic insights.

    + Collaborate with senior consultants to support client needs and ensure effective solutions are aligned with their business and communication goals.

    + Actively monitor and engage with online communities and audiences. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, participate in relevant conversations, and foster a positive brand image.

    Required Technical Skills:

    + Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

    + A recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in corporate affairs, consulting firms, social media management, communication agencies, or related fields.

    + Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.

    + Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to work seamlessly in a professional bilingual environment.

    + Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including content creation and strategic analytics.

    + Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a team.

    + Analytical skills to assist in interpreting data and identifying trends.

    + Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.

    + Time management skills
