The **Senior I2C Finance Analyst,** is responsible for system requirements analysis, functional system design, integrated testing, and ongoing maintenance of financial applications. Serving as a subject matter expert, this hands-on role leads Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) production support, day-to-day production operations, and project tracks to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions within the Corporate Accounting and Finance areas. The position follows Securitas’ Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile Project Management, Change Control, and Testing methodologies to deliver effective and reliable solutions. Additionally, the Senior Finance Analyst manages a team of four to five consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.

**Compensation and Benefits** :

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of **$150,000 - $160,000** , depending on experience, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

_Systems Design and Implementation_

1. Responsible for implementing and production support for multiple Oracle ERP Cloud core finance

2. and EPM applications

3. Provide expert solutions in the Oracle ERP Cloud core finance modules: Accounts Receivable,

4. Vertex Sales and Use Tax Cloud and Cash Management. Maintain Oracle configuration changes

5. in respective application areas.

6. Lead the I2C track Production Support and Operations activities including Incident Remediation,

7. execute weekly billing tasks and month end close activities.

8. Work with Business Analysts, Process Owners and End Users to analyze business requirements.

9. Support configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training

10. Develop test scenarios and test scripts in the impacted solutions to facilitate appropriate

11. integrated testing.

12. Implement new system solutions and lead system testing and resolution of system issues per

13. Securitas’ project management methodology.

14. Work closely with applications Support group to ensure proper post-implementations handoff.

15. Closely work with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data

16. conversion programs, and application extensions

17. Create and maintain system/application documentation (requirements, processes, procedures)

18. Provide applications knowledge in evaluating and improving current business processes.

19. Provide expertise on new application releases and new functionality in financial modules

**_Advance Level Suppor_** t

1. Provide cross-module and cross-functional area integration support.

2. Ensure integrity and accuracy of all application system setup information.

3. Interact with technical/development professionals in the design and support of required specific

4. customizations, interfaces and extensions to the Oracle ERP Cloud applications.

5. Support in the investigation and resolution of reported system issues. Provide system information, utilize diagnostic techniques, guide the efforts of the production support and interface with vendor support as required.

6. Follow prescribed methodologies and processes in completing Oracle support and implementation activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

_Education and Experience_

+ Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline.

+ MBA or CPA a plus.

+ 3+ Prior experience in Oracle fusion finance implementation projects (full lifecycle)

_Business and Technical Experience_

1. 10 + years of Oracle fusion cloud experience implementing and supporting some combination of

2. Oracle Financials applications such as: Accounts Receivables (AR), Cash Management, Vertex

3. Cloud Tax solution.

4. Experience in General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets, Procure-to-Pay

5. (P2P) modules is a plus.

6. Functional professional with at least three full cycle ERP Financials implementation experience.

7. Experience working on Oracle’s cloud-based ERP system or a professional who has transitioned

8. to Oracle Cloud Financials, coming from a major ERP i.e. Oracle EBS is desirable.

9. Hands on experience in requirements gathering, design, development, and testing of Oracle ERP Finance applications

10. Experience implementing and supporting Vertex, EPM/Hyperion applications and other similar

11. applications are a plus

12. Excellent planning, organizing and production management skills.

13. Ability to work independently and recommend industry-best practices based on business requirements

14. Ability to take part in cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements and recommend solutions

15. Experience in solution architecture and writing functional specifications, functional solution design

16. for technical development in a clear and concise manner

17. Business process analysis and redesign experience, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation

18. Knowledge of all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle is required.

19. Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations and solutions

20. Experience in creating reports utilizing BI Publisher; SmartView; Essbase; FRS (financial reporting studio) and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) is desirable

21. Experience converting data from legacy systems.

22. Experience in developing and executing test plans is required.

23. Experience with BI reporting technologies, Oracle Business Intelligence, Cognos a plus

24. Hands on experience with ERP cloud security and workflows is desirable

25. Samples of design documents as well as operational documentation may be requested.
