What You'll Be Doing

+ Operate front-end loaders to transport and load materials safely and efficiently

+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain site safety

+ Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas to support operational flow

What Are We Looking For

+ Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

+ Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills

+ Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities

+ Commitment to maintaining equipment and worksite cleanliness

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

+ $40.00 to $43.75 per hour
