What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Director of Distribution to join our Principal Custody Solutions Sales Team. You'll partner with advisors and consultants to consult on our Trust & Custody portfolio of products. This role works alongside our internal partners across our retirement solutions team.

Who You Are
Who You Are
+ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
+ Must have 2+ years of retirement and trust and custody sales experience with deep knowledge on retirement and trust and custody products.
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal collaborators.
+ Role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, relationship building, time management skills and knowledge of business unit and company products.
+ Overnight travel is required to fulfill responsibilities of national travel.

+ Strong understanding of custody industry, portfolio construction, capital markets, financial service products and regulations.
Salary Range Information
This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary combined with incentive earnings. The base salary will provide financial stability, while the incentive component offers additional earning potential based on performance metrics.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$85000 - $85000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
