Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Manager for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Perform in-depth business and data analysis across systems and applications. Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects using Olympus Data Fabric. Contribute to the formulation of strategies for Applications Development and other functional areas using Data Fabric. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals. Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations. Assess functional, technical, and deliverable timeline impacts on the Applications Development area through monitoring the delivery of end results within the team/project. Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards and negotiating with external parties when necessary. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing enterprise-level data modeling and architecture design. Six (6) years of experience must include: Conducting enterprise-level functional architecture transformation including business requirements, functional requirements, and documentation; Conducting enterprise data collection, data cleaning, data analysis, and data interpretation using data analysis/querying tools including Excel, SQL, Oracle, and QlikView; Building enterprise data models using enterprise data management tools; Using Tableau or Oracle BI to communicate key insights through reports and visualizations to inform business decisions; Performing user acceptance testing by coordinating with business analysts, developers, and users for regulatory requirements; Using technical languages, including XML, HTML, MongoDB, R- Programming, and JavaScript; and Utilizing Jira for requirements and test case management. 40 hrs./wk.
