POSITION SUMMARY
The Network Systems Analyst is Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of an organization’s computer systems, mobile device management, networks (LAN/WAN), and servers. Collaborate with or escalate issues to vendors and subject matter experts as needed. Monitors systems to ensure configurations, performance, resources, and security of the systems meet user needs. Maintains and supports computer hardware and software, and diagnoses issues when necessary. Ensures security measures are effective, including backup and disaster recovery.
This is a hybrid remote position. It will require multiple on-site days per week, and the remote work option will only be offered after the 90-Day probationary period.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ System Infrastructure Maintenance:
+ Assist with designing, implementing, and maintaining minimally complex system infrastructures.
+ Implement, test, and support hardware and software systems.
+ Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
+ Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
+ Review system and application logs and verify the completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
+ Security Posture Implementation:
+ Assist with the building and implementation of the security posture for various information systems and modules.
+ Protect software from outside intrusion and ensure the infrastructure is sound.
+ Develop and manage appropriate user access accounts.
+ Monitor the system for hacking incidents and ensure the use of systems only by authorized users.
+ Provide direction and guidance to local and remote users and team members.
+ Manage, monitor, and audit security master files.
+ System Integration Support:
+ Responsible for the construction, technical support, and maintenance of existing or planned information system integration.
+ Focus on efficiency, standards, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Analyze client systems and infrastructure to ensure compatibility and adherence to system connectivity and interface specifications.
+ Local Area Network (LAN) Management:
+ Responsible for the local area network (LAN), including performance, maintenance, security, and upgrade.
+ Work with vendors and oversee the installation of new hardware or software.
+ Follow applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
+ Storage Management:
+ Comply with storage management practices, including the development of storage allocation, backup/archival procedures, and monitoring storage use and resources.
+ Detect, document, and quickly resolve system outages or problems during system operation.
+ Collect and interpret diagnostic data and follow solution documentation for system recovery.
+ Evaluate system issues and coordinate with appropriate IT staff members or vendors when unable to resolve.
+ Enterprise-Wide Desktop Services:
+ Assist with the implementation, operation, and support of the organization's enterprise-wide desktop services across various locations.
+ Manage and coordinate equipment refreshes, level III Break/Fix issue resolution, and problem response/management for desktops, zero-clients, laptops, tablets, printers, smartphones, and all newly introduced workstation-dependent technologies.
+ Maintain and advance desktop management services, including remote control utilities, software distribution, asset management, virus protection services, and maintenance of a standards-based desktop hardware architecture and application portfolio.
+ Address user tickets and assist users with installing applications.
Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week. Mon-Fri, 8 am to 5 pm.
Required Experience:
Education, Experience:
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer technology, information management, or related field
+ Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
+ None required
Knowledge:
+ Preferred: Microsoft: MS O365; MS InTune; Active Directory; MS Server; MS SQL; SQL Server, MS Teams, SharePoint
+ Preferred: Backup Systems and Network/Cloud Storage
+ Preferred: LAN/WAN, Wireless Network, and VPN Management Tools, Network topology, Ethernet, Wireless Networking and T1/PRI circuits
+ Preferred: Antivirus Administration
+ Preferred: VDI and Server Virtualization Technology and Software

+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
+ Ability to generate, read, interpret, and act as it relates to basic financial statements, national and state regulations, safety rulings, operational and maintenance and organizational policies / procedures

+ Ability to effectively present information to patients, families, employees, health care providers, etc...
+ Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively to maintain good working relationships with staff and health care providers
+ Ability to work with skill in identifying problems
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS
+ Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to work functions.
