Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Injection Mold Process Technician

**Location:** Scott County Indiana

Pay Range: $22 -$26 per hour

**Shift:** 2nd or 3rd shift

What's the Job?

+ Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently, while meeting or exceeding performance standards, guided by the bill of materials (BOM).

+ Proactively investigate and correct any deviations to maintain optimal production levels.

+ Manage setups for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

+ Implement or actively participate in continuous improvement activities and corrective actions to enhance production processes and product quality.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Understanding of mold setting and troubleshooting the injection molding process.

+ Forklift experience.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with personnel inside and outside the company.

+ Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Experience with Milacron Molders is a plus.
