Description
This long-term contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing customer accounts, coordinating workflows, and fostering resolution for customer inquiries. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely handling of requests and complaints.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks for the account management team to meet service level objectives.
• Monitor departmental metrics and workflow indicators, reporting on transaction volumes and progress.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights into team performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and management to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Recommend improvements to business processes, metrics tracking, and team training programs.
• Handle escalated customer calls, billing inquiries, and claims resolution with professionalism.
• Support team operations by assisting with enrollment, invoicing, fulfillment, and other related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational procedures while delivering exceptional customer support.
Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, claims, or revenue recovery roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Proven ability to handle clerical responsibilities and pass relevant proficiency tests.
• Strong skills in customer service, billing, claims administration, and workflow coordination.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and tracking departmental metrics.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to manage stakeholder interfaces.
• Experience supervising teams and training personnel on processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with vendor and supplier management in a detail-oriented setting.
