Information System Security Officer (ISSO)
+ Supports the program and contractor PM in security matters and their internal chain of command shall be separate from the operations team.
+ Comply with customer Security Policies and enable overall contractor support to comply with said policies.
+ Provide security training to all trusted role personnel before they can perform activities on this task order. Security training will include but not be limited to requirements from NIST and GSA.
+ Undergo all applicable Federal security training.
+ The contractor team, led by the ISSO, will comply with the required security authorization and accreditation (A&A) process and procedures.
+ The contractor will implement and maintain IT security in accordance with the A&A requirements defined in the FISMA and the e-Government Act of 2002.
+ Comply with Federal and GSA continuous monitoring requirements.
+ Comply with the required annual PKI audit and other periodic compliance processes and procedures. Maintain compliance as specified in the applicable Certificate Policies.
+ Respond to and resolve security incidents under the leadership of the ISSO-ISMSA/T in accordance with program procedures.
+ Track and report all security incidents.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Ten (10) or more years of experience providing information assurance support for full lifecycle IT projects with similar technologies
+ Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or an additional 5 years of experience performing IA accreditation and support on projects with similar technologies
+ Active CISSP, CISM, or GIAC Certification
+ Top-Secret security clearance
