The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring product quality, managing inventory, improving customer satisfaction, and driving restaurant profitability. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a solid background in the food and beverage industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently. Additional Information Job Title: Restaurant General Manager Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant setting. Weekend, holiday, and evening hours may be required. Reporting Structure: Reports to the Restaurant Owner Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
