    In our efforts to improve health in the communities we serve, St. Luke's is excited to offer innovative orthopedic patient careat ourstate-of-the-artCenter forOrthopedics & Sports Medicine facility (COSM). COSM will bring together numerous complementary healthcare services, such as orthopedicwalk-in care, a surgery center, physical therapy, pharmacy services, and many more. Patients will experience accessible and affordable orthopedic care unlike any other in the Treasure Valley. Our 230,000-square-foot facility opened in February 2024.

    What You Can Expect as a Physical Therapist at COSM Outpatient Ortho:

    + 1:1 patient-centered care within and orthopedic therapy environment

    + Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams

    + Commitment to professional growth and mentorship

    + Robust internal clinical education opportunities

    + Support for APTA Board Certification or other specialization

    + Medbridge subscription

    + Balanced workload with protected documentation time

    + Schedule: Monday-Friday, availability within clinic hours from 7AM-6PM

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Degree from an accredited physical therapy program

    + Licenses/Certifications:

    + Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice

    + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
