    **PDS Tech Commercial** is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated **Service and Repair Technician** to support production operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electronics assembly to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

    About the Role

    As a **Service and Repair Technician** , you’ll construct, maintain, and test mechanical and electronic components using precision tools and technical knowledge. You’ll work with small parts, follow detailed instructions, and contribute to the production of high-quality equipment and systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble and test mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, tweezers, and precision instruments.

    + Identify and replace parts as needed, placing orders for replacements when necessary.

    + Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment and machinery.

    + Read and follow work orders and safety instructions accurately.

    + Support cross-training initiatives and collaborate with team members.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + 1 to 1.5 years of experience in small electronic assembly or 2-4 years in related technical roles.

    + Comfortable working with very small parts and using tweezers.

    + Basic computer and technical knowledge.

    + Willingness to cross-train and adapt to new tasks.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Recent graduate from a technical school or high school with electronics coursework.

    + Familiarity with mechanical systems and standard industry practices.

    + Ability to work under general supervision with a degree of creativity and problem-solving.

    **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
