**Title:** Account Manager - BayCare Health System
Responsibilities:
+ The Account Manager - BayCare Health System is responsible for increasing business by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts.
+ Identifies new customers through targeted sales/cold calls and manages existing relationships to maximize business opportunity and support the organization's volume and revenue goals.
+ Acts as liaison between leadership, operations and clients to maintain or increase business, resolve issues and/or remove obstacles to business growth.
+ Must have strong communication skills, including persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
+ Must have strategic and critical thinking skills and ability to analyze market/trend reports.
+ Performs a variety of customer service and program or service education on behalf of the organization.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Certification & Licensure:
+ Required - Driver's License (State of Florida)
Education:
+ Required - Bachelor's
+ Preferred - Master's
Experience:
+ Required - 2 years healthcare sales or 2 years business-to-business (B2B) sales
+ Preferred - 3 or more years healthcare of business-to-business sales
+ **Previous experience in Laboratory and/or Health Sales is strongly preferred**
**Location:** Northern Pinellas and Pasco County (Safety Harbor, East Lake, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs)
**Status:** Full Time, Exempt: Yes
**Shift Hours:** 8:00AM - 5:00PM
**Weekend Work:** Occasional
