Job Description

The Labor Program Execution Director will lead the delivery of labor-related technology programs across global markets, with a strong focus on execution excellence. This role demands hands-on leadership in managing critical path items, coordinating with global stakeholders, and driving value creation through precise and timely program delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in program execution and a proven ability to navigate complex, market-specific rollouts.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of labor programs across international markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regional requirements.

Drive progress on critical path items, proactively identifying and resolving execution risks and bottlenecks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless delivery of labor initiatives.

Develop and manage detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs to monitor execution and impact.

Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.

Lead issue resolution and change management processes for labor-related technology initiatives.

Deliver regular execution updates and performance insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in program execution, labor strategy, or enterprise technology leadership.

Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-market program deliveries with measurable business outcomes.

Expert-level skills in execution management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery strategy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.

Experience working in a global enterprise environment with cross-cultural teams.

Bachelor?s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
