    Requirements

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Own the Floor: Set up, program, and operate Haas vertical/horizontal machining centers and turning centers

    + Program with Precision: Use G&M code and Mastercam to transform complex designs into reality

    + Create with Confidence: Select tooling, develop machining processes, and maintain tolerances to ±0.005"

    + Inspect Like a Pro: Conduct quality checks and document results with accuracy

    + Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges

    + Stay Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

     

    What You Bring

     

    + 2–3 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred)

    + Strong G&M code programming skills

    + CAM experience (Mastercam preferred)

    + Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T

    + Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials

    + Solid inspection and measurement skills

     

    Education & Requirements

     

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred

    + Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry)

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks

     

    Shift Details

     

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (or similar)
