    Job Purpose:

    To support Flight Training by performing quality simulator maintenance and modification as well as line maintenance duties in support of training and operational flights.

    Duties:

    + Maintain Flight Training simulators and flight training devices

    + Maintain adequate supply of necessary spare parts to support simulators and flight training devices as well as order replacement parts

    + Modify simulators and flight training devices to maintain training integrity with current operations

    + Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on operational aircraft

    + Maintain operational aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices

    + Fuel, service, and stage operational aircraft

    + Monitor and coordinate upcoming scheduled maintenance on operational aircraft

    + Oversee assigned projects through completion

    + Work with simulator and flight training device vendors to repair and modify equipment

    + Occasionally work non-standard hours to complete repairs with minimal disruption to training

    + Other duties as assigned

    Skills/Qualifications:

    + Experience in multiple disciplines of aviation maintenance to include but not limited to: sheet metal, flight control rigging, avionics, and airframe electrical

    + Experience with avionics installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming

    + High level of proficiency with Microsoft Windows XP

    + Some computer programming experience preferred

    + A&P license required

    + Ability to be a team player

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Must be detail-oriented and well organized

    + Software programing experience preferred

    + Good teamwork, strong initiative, communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills

    + Ability to: lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs, crawl in and out of tight spaces, work in exterior weather conditions or elevated heights

    Job Experience:

    + King Air maintenance experience preferred

    + Avionics

    + Electrical
