**Essentia Health – Fargo, North Dakota** is seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist to join our esteemed and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity within a stable, clinician-led organization that values excellence and collaboration.

+ **Balanced Workload** : Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, with a manageable call schedule of 1:4.

+ **Operational Efficiency** : Benefit from dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week, supported by a well-trained and efficient OR staff.

+ **Advanced Support** : Our Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients.

+ **Cutting-Edge Equipment** : Including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics.

+ **Integrated Care** : Clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are all within the same facility, ensuring seamless patient care.

+ **Robust Referral Network** : Built-in referral pattern from a large health system with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.
