The Team

We are seeking a Program Manager to join American Tower’s Business Enablement team. The multifunctional team delivers process optimizations and technology solutions, manages data, and performs analytics reporting analytics for all Global Operations departments. In this role you will support the development and delivery of the Digital Twin Immersive Experience Solution, American Tower’s next-generation custom SaaS application. Day to day you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities and resources to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished. As a Program Manager, you will partner cross-functionally to support large-scale enterprise business transformations and advanced technology implementation programs.

What You Need to Succeed

+ Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.

+ A minimum of 7 years of program management experience with 5 years in digital transformation and emerging technology programs required.

+ Program Management or Program Management Professional certification strongly preferred.

+ Approximately 20% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

+ Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

+ Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

What You Can Offer Us

+ Lead program management and activities for the assigned program, collaborating with internal working groups, IT, and vendors.

+ Provide strategic direction for internal groups and project teams to create proactive strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Establish and maintain strong internal relationships to effectively perform responsibilities.

+ Lead creative approaches to problem solving and quality deliverables supporting program needs.

+ Implement and enforce next-generation program management methodologies, leveraging automation, AI-driven tools, and digital platforms to optimize execution, enhance visibility, and accelerate delivery across complex initiatives.

+ Escalate to management any project and program issues, including schedule, budget, resources, scope, and quality.

+ Prepare program status reports and/or summaries for management, customers, and business unit leaders.

+ Establish standards and procedures for program reporting and documentation.

+ Other duties as assigned.
