Our client, a leader in the agricultural industry, is seeking an Assistant Hatchery Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Hatchery Manager, you will be part of the hatchery operations supporting live production needs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assistant Hatchery Manager

**Location:** Murfreesboro, NC

**Pay Range:** $70,000 - $95,000

What's the Job?

+ Supervise and ensure the safety of all associates working in the hatchery.

+ Set up and enforce safety programs and instruct associates on safety regulations.

+ Maintain the building and all equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.

+ Initiate programs to achieve optimal hatchability and healthy chicks.

+ Assist in meeting budget goals and participate in quality improvement programs.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma with 0-3 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field preferred.

+ Strong reading, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

+ Experience in management, hatchery, and/or poultry operations preferred.

+ Ability to perform all jobs within the hatchery during staff absenteeism.

+ Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions and use protective equipment as required.
