    Job Description:

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Manager with proven expertise in ADP Workforce Now to oversee and manage payroll operations for our organization. In this role, you will ensure accurate and compliant processing of payroll while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for professionals with payroll management experience who are seeking work-life balance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process Payroll: Manage and process end-to-end biweekly payroll for the organization using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary payments, deductions, and benefits.

    + Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations, including tax filings and reporting. Stay updated on payroll-related legislation.

    + Review and Audit: Regularly audit payroll data for accuracy, including hours worked, benefit contributions, and tax withholdings. Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

    + Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, including tax forms (e.g., W-2, W-4), direct deposits, and paycheck issues.

    + Reporting: Generate and present payroll reports, metrics, and analytics to HR and accounting teams as required.

    + System Updates: Maintain and update employee payroll information in ADP Workforce Now, including onboarding and offboarding details.

    + Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance teams to coordinate efforts related to employer benefits, garnishments, and expense reimbursements.

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    + Experience: 3+ years of payroll management experience, with specific expertise in ADP Workforce Now.

    + Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

    + Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in processing high-volume payroll data.

    + Technical Skills: Proficiency in using payroll and HRIS systems, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

    + Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with employees at all levels and handle payroll inquiries.

    + Certifications (Preferred): Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar payroll certifications are a plus.
