    1st Shift Production Machine Operator

    **Location:** Sarasota, FL

    **Shift:** 5:30am - 2:30pm

    **Pay:** $15.75/hour

    **Overtime:** Yes

    **Education:** High School Diploma or GED Preferred

    Job Summary:

    Adecco Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Sarasota, FL. You’ll be responsible for operating machinery, performing quality checks, and supporting production goals in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate and monitor production machines

    + Follow safety and quality procedures

    + Perform basic troubleshooting and cleaning

    + Read work orders and complete documentation

    + Conduct visual inspections and use measuring tools

    + Assist with packaging and labeling

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for long periods

    + Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment

    + Able to read, write, and communicate in English

    + High school diploma or GED preferred

    **Pay Details:** $15.75 per hour
