Job Title: LPN Float – Downtown Chicago
Locations: Evanston, Chicago (Clark & Division, W 31st, Broadway St.)
Schedule: 4x9hr shifts, Mon–Fri (Day off Tues or Wed)
Pay: $30.49 – $ 32.13/HR
No weekends, possible holidays
About the Role:
Join the nation’s largest retail healthcare provider, a Fortune 6 company, and provide high-quality, patient-focused care supportive environment. As a Float LPN, you’ll work across several Chicago-area clinics delivering vaccinations and essential patient services.
What You’ll Do:
+ Administer vaccinations (COVID, Flu, TB, etc.)
+ Obtain vital signs and document in EMR (EPIC experience a plus)
+ Provide emergency care support in collaboration with on-site provider
+ Assist with registration, intake, checkout, and patient outreach
+ Support clinic readiness and create a positive patient experience
Required Qualifications:
+ 1–2 years immunization & vaccine experience (COVID & Flu required)
+ Active LPN/LVN license (unrestricted)
+ Graduate of accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program
+ BLS certification (CPR + AED)
+ Experience documenting in an EMR
+ Ability to pass FIT test and wear respirator when required
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER
+ Familiarity with EPIC EMR
+ Strong patient counseling and education skills

**Pay Details:** $30.49 to $32.13 per hour
