    1st Shift Production Worker – Sarasota, FL

    **Adecco Staffing** is hiring Production Workers for a leading manufacturing facility in the Sarasota area. This is an opportunity with great potential for long-term employment and career growth.

    Job Details:

    + **Location:** Sarasota, FL (on-site parking available; no public transportation access)

    + **Shift:** 6:00AM - 2:30PM

    + **Pay:** $15.25/hour

    + **Overtime:** Yes

    + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED preferred

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate small hand tools and production equipment

    + Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

    + Transport products between production stages

    + Identify and report defective products

    + Assist with inventory, cycle counts, and department processes

    + Support team leads and cross-train in various departments

    + Perform data entry and maintain production records

    + Lift up to 55 lbs. and stand for extended periods

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

    + Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced setting

    + Basic computer skills and ability to read/write in English

    + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

    **Pay Details:** $15.25 per hour
