    **Type:** Three-month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

    **Pay:** $42.00 – $47.00 per hour based on experience

    **·** Telephonic Nurse Case Management

    Qualifications for the** **Case Manager RN:

    • Active RN License (Multistate)
