    Are you a **Family Nurse Practitioner** seeking a new opportunity? Adecco is currently assisting the nation's largest pharmacy chain in its search for a skilled Nurse Practitioner in **Dacula, GA** . This is a full-time, remote position that offers the chance to deliver care through a state-of-the-art telehealth platform.

     

    Job Details & Responsibilities

     

    As a key member of a dedicated team, you'll be responsible for providing holistic, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and older. Your primary duties will include:

     

    + Providing comprehensive patient counseling on topics such as pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraceptive care.

    + Educating patients on health maintenance and responding to their inquiries.

    + Independently assessing, diagnosing, and treating health issues.

    + Managing patient health problems and developing effective disposition plans.

    + Documenting all patient care accurately within an electronic health record (EHR) system.

    + Collaborating effectively with a patient care team, including other providers, pharmacists, and support staff.

    Qualifications

    + **Education:** Completion of a Master's degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program.

    + **Certification:** Current National Board Certification and an active, unrestricted license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Georgia.

    + **Experience:** A minimum of one year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.

    + **Additional Requirement:** Must be able to obtain multistate/compact privileges and licensure in non-compact states as required by the business.

    Compensation & Benefits

    + **Pay Rate:** The hourly wage for this position ranges from **$74 to $** 79 (79.11) , depending on factors like experience, education, and geographic location.

    + **Schedule:** This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. The typical shift is Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. You will also be required to work two weekend shifts every six weeks.

    **Pay Details:** $74.00 to $79.00 per hour
