    CX Advocate Responsibilities:

    Act as an advocate to assigned fleets to expedite unit down repairs

     

    Works with OEM to track fleet performance and makes recommendations to improve reliability

     

    Proactively provides Thru-put Data to large and national service customers

     

    Schedules and coordinates in person visits to customer to review uptime data

     

    Works with service departments to ensure critical parts are ordered and expedited to complete repairs timely

     

    Promotes all service and collision capabilities to the assigned accounts

     

    Maintains network of fleet advocating in the network to assist with customer issues

     

    Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner

     

    Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction

     

    Establishes goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals

     

    Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.

     

    Maintains reporting systems required by general management and the manufacturer

     

    Follows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards

     

    Follows the Company Code of Business Ethics and Conduct

     

    Understands and follows all work rules and follows lawful directions from Supervisors

     

    Upholds the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements

     

    Maintains a professional appearance for self and subordinates in accordance with company policy

     

    Attends pertinent training on request

     

    Assists with organizing and attends special events held at dealership or in the community

     

    Attends company meetings as required

     

    Assist with heavy duty truck sales and sales coordination

     

    Other duties as assigned

    CX Advocate Requirements:

    Education

    Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; OR six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience

    A minimum of one year experience is required.

    Licenses or Certificates

    A valid driver’s license is required
