As a Sr. Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the A&D, Automotive, Manufacturing and O&G industry segments within Capgemini Invent. This role is critical in driving growth, profitability, and innovation within these segments.

Role Expectations:

+ Experience in setting up **large transformation programs within Product Engineering**

+ Experience in leading and delivering large Engineering S/W programs

+ Create and industrialize target operating model and execution model

+ Experience in setting up VRO, PMO and driving governance

+ Develop and drive the **Engineering transformation roadmap** with the client

+ Strong understanding of the **value driven by PLM and Manufacturing solutions**

+ Experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities/cross-offers

+ Experience in AI approaches and engineering enablement using AI solutions.

+ **_Customer Relations_** **:** Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

+ **_Sales Support_** **:** Understand the sales process and associated events and levers within Capgemini Invent.
