Penn Medicine Advanced Home Health is searching for an experienced Geriatrician to serve as Medical Director for a team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.

PMAHH addresses patients’ acute needs through in-home medical provider visits, testing, and treatment, rather than sending them to the hospital for emergency care or an admission. The program is available to Lancaster County patients who already receive traditional home health services, such as nursing visits or infusion therapy, through Penn Medicine Home Health. The Medical Director will serve as the leader of this dynamic team of professionals including OT/PT, administrative/office staff, speech therapy, social work, pharmacy, and more!

Position Requirements:

+ Board Certified/Eligible in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine

+ Active Pennsylvania License

+ Successful Completion of Residency/Fellowship

+ Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), issued by the Accreditation Council on Medical Education

+ 5 Years of Experience as a Practicing Physician
