Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a** **Production Line Worker** **:

+ Operate assembly line equipment to produce chemical finished goods and/or polymeric sand under the direction of the Production Supervisor, maintaining high product and packaging quality

+ Label products, boxes, and shipments accurately as required

+ Organize and maintain production and warehouse layout for smooth operations

+ Drive production efficiency to meet or exceed daily performance metrics

+ Prepare and submit inventory reports and production status updates

+ Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs

+ Ensure strict adherence to company and customer requirements for manufacturing and packaging

+ Identify and resolve production issues promptly, gathering and analyzing information to develop effective solutions

+ Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and efficiency guidelines

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Chemical blending or other manufacturing experience preferred

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and climbing

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Forklift operation experience preferred

+ Willingness to wear protective clothing and equipment, including gloves, boots, and protective eyewear

+ Background Check and Drug Test required
