Join our dynamic Maintenance Team as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll tackle troubleshooting, preventative, and predictive maintenance across a variety of industrial systems—including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical—ensuring our equipment stays reliable, efficient, and safe.

What you will be doing:

+ Execute facilities start-up routines .

+ Monitor status readouts of primary systems and take appropriate actions to ensure safety and reliability. Examples include water PH adjustment systems and filter press cleaning

+ Contributes to production efficiency by responding to maintenance calls as assigned, and either repairs or defers action to supervisor for decision.

+ Capable of executing basic troubleshooting and repairs of electro-mechanical systems such as like AC/DC motors , pneumatic systems, hydraulics, sensors, valves, hoists, and general industrial equipment used in a manufacturing environment.

+ General facilities maintenance tasks pertaining to plumbing, welding, lighting, painting, light carpentry , g e neral upkeep of the facility.

+ Complet ing work orders and equipment rebuild tasks as assigned.

+ Completing special project action items by assigned dates and priorities.  Examples are installation of new equipment, infrastructure upgrades, equipment modifications and improvements.

+ Interactions with CMMS system to document work executed, time, spare parts usage, place orders for parts.

+ Executing Scheduled Preventative Maintenance and Unscheduled Maintenance in compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.

+ Accommodating shifting schedules and overtime as needed to meet the needs of the business.  Examples of this are providing support to production overtime and plant shutdowns.

+ Support plant initiatives conducive to a safe, secure and clean workplace. Participation in safety program.

+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned .

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

+ Sitting and standing for extended periods of time, subject to noise and heat conditions on a regular basis.

+ Lifting to 5 0 pounds.

+ Combination of reaching, stretching, and twisting motions encountered on a frequent basis .

+ Working on hard surfaces, ladders, under and around equipment.

Skills you will need:

+ High School Diploma/GED/Technical School Education or equivalent work experience

+ 2+ Years of Work Experience in an Industrial Environment or Trade Experience

+ Experience with hand and power tools

+ Detail oriented

+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, database and internet-based programs)

+ Ability to follow instruction provided by team lead or senio r level technicians

+ Team player with s trong interpersonal skills
