Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will join a dynamic, Corporate FP&A team that works cross-functionally within the organization to produce analytical deliverables to key stakeholders and executive management. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Corporate FP&A and has primary responsibilities over headquarter functions, consolidations, and analysis over segment financial results.
JOB DUTIES:
+ Participate in active management of headquarter cost centers.
+ Manage the analysis of total company results on a monthly, quarterly, & annual basis.
+ Execute monthly forecast & annual budgeting process and assist in building strategic plans.
+ Participate and co-lead monthly & quarterly presentations for the leadership team & Board of Directors.
+ Provide financial and analytical support for external reporting requirements for the leadership team.
+ Conduct ad-hoc analysis where necessary.
+ Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data accuracy and the quality of financial analysis.
YOU MUST HAVE:
+ 4+ years of financial planning or similar experience.
+ Demonstrated prior experience in developing and producing comprehensive financial modeling.
WE VALUE:
+ Proven experience in developing detailed cash flow models to support financial planning.
+ Experience using financial systems and prior reporting experience for a multi-segment business.
+ Experience developing forecasts and operating plans.
+ Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers).
+ Skilled in delivering clear, concise, and effective communication across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
+ Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual.
+ Ability to make consistent and timely decisions.
+ Ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues.
