    Position Responsibilities:

    Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Internal Contract Lifecycle Management tooling, and other data management/BI systems. Proactively identify and implement cross-functional operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements. Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Interpret complex pricing contracts and provide guidance on operational requirements. Communicate daily with cross functional teams including Sales, Business Practices, Legal and Customer Pricing Leadership to ensure all contracts are created to prioritize Customer Billing experience within the known tooling constraints.

    Position Requirements:

    Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, or as a Salesforce Platform Developer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or as a Salesforce Platform Developer, or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) leading operational reviews of custom Private Pricing Contracts; (2) documentation and understanding of AWS Billing nuances across multiple services; (3) providing conceptual approvals, draft reviews and operational notes for onboarding; and (4) ensuring accuracy and automation compliance during onboarding contract to meet pillar level goals.
