Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

+ **Deliver outstanding customer support** by handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat—ensuring prompt and accurate solutions that foster satisfaction and loyalty.

+ **Manage order inquiries and account issues** , including refunds, changes, and claim processing, while maintaining company policies and quality standards.

+ **Document and update customer interactions** in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-through on customer needs.

+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** (e.g., logistics, billing, technical support) to resolve escalations and deliver seamless service resolutions.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Minimum **High School diploma or equivalent** ; college-level coursework or degree preferred.

+ **1+ year of customer service experience** , ideally in a high-volume call center or retail environment.

+ Strong **communication and problem-solving skills** , with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.

+ **Proficiency in Microsoft Office** (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort navigating CRM or ticketing tools.

**Pay Details:** $17.56 per hour
