Come work for us and see how BrightStar Care employees uphold A Higher Standard.   Position Summary   We are seeking a caring, reliable, and professional Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living for clients in their homes.   Responsibilities   * Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed. * Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to the supervising nurse. * Follow care plans and agency protocols.   Schedule & Pay   * Flexible shifts: Day, evening, overnight, and weekend options available. * Competitive hourly pay: $19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience. * Additional pay incentives are available depending on case type and shift timing. * Mobile time tracking and care notes, employees can easily clock in and out for work right from a mobile device.
