• Overnight Client Service Representative

    VCA Animal Hospitals (Los Angeles, CA)


    **Compensation:** $18.50–$20.00 per hour

    * Potential Shift Differential if Applicable

     

    VCA West Los Angeles is looking for an experienced **Overnight Client Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team.

    Why We Need You

     

    As the first point of contact, our CSRs set the tone for the client experience. You play a key role in building trust and supporting both clients and our medical teams.

    Key Responsibilities (subject to change based on hospital needs):

    + Greet visitors, answer phones, and guide clients/pets to exam rooms

    + Schedule and confirm appointments

    + Place outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective clients

    + Present and explain fees, process payments

    + Recommend and assist with products, prescriptions, and services

    + Answer questions and educate clients on basic pet care (non-medical)

    + Maintain accurate medical records, charts, and correspondence

    + Help keep the hospital clean and organized, including occasional waste removal
